After federal regulators accused the University of Phoenix of systematic enrollment abuses in 2004, the schools parent company paid out nearly 10 million to resolve the allegations. Last year alone, Creighton awarded nearly 1,900 scholarships to students across all schools and colleges. Most of our students receive financial aid or scholarships. All new students or students who have been out of attendance for over 365 days who i) apply for and enroll in a University of Phoenix bachelor’s degree program (ii) have three year’s work experience and (iii) apply for this Phoenix Bachelor’s Scholarship January 2023 (Scholarship) prior to the deadline and register and post. In fact, it only covers about two-thirds of it. Phoenix pathway programs provide access to directly enter first or second year degree programs at Murdoch University. Tuition alone doesn’t fully cover what it costs to educate our students. Scholarship support weighs significantly in students' decision to come to Creighton. With that privilege comes the responsibility to offer a transformative education to all worthy and deserving students, regardless of their finances. In the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions, we have a profound sense of privilege to care for others. Your support of scholarships will continue to bring the best and brightest students to Phoenix and infuse the area with some of the most practice-ready pharmacists in the nation.
